Dr. David Mobolaji
Dr. David Mobolaji is a Lecturer II in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning,
Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He had his BSc, MSc and PhD in Urban
and Regional Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
Professionally, he is a Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP)
and a Registered Town Planner with Town Planners’ Registration Council of Nigeria
(TOPREC) and he has participated in several projects for urban planning and
development. As an academic, he has to his credit more than 20 articles in local and
international reputable outlets and the articles have recommended workable
framework, and suggested policy responses for sustainable infrastructure planning,
urban resilience and environmental management. Dr. Mobolaji was also a Fellow of
Utrecht Summer School in University of Utrecht, Netherlands and Regulation of Local
Public Services in Turin, Italy. He is currently the General Secretary of Osun State
Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners and a reviewer to several
reputable journals including Emerald, Environmental Problems, and Springer Nature.
